45 foods have been checked against named USDA SR Legacy or FNDDS records per 100 grams of edible food. Pandesal and the six Filipino dishes remain unverified recipe estimates. See the included NUTRITION-REVIEW.md for every source record and correction. These are not measurements of your particular meal or a verified PhilFCT extract.
Filipino dishes and pandesal are approximate recipe profiles. Oil, meat cuts, sauce, brands and cooking methods can change the result substantially. A generic banana profile may differ from saba or lakatan.
Piece, cup and bowl weights are starting estimates, not fixed sizes. For a closer estimate, weigh your edible portion in grams. Fiber is already included in total carbohydrates.

Daily plates are saved in this browser when local storage is available. A new plate starts at midnight using your computer’s local date. Previous days stay in History. Your old undated plate is assigned to the day you first open this update. Moving the app or clearing browser data may reset it.
